- Please trim back the shrubs in front of your home.
a. Most of the homes in the Forest of Friendswood keep well-manicured hedges and shrubs in front of their homes. Please keep the wild twigs and weeds from growing up in them and keep them trimmed on a weekly basis.
- Remove the boat/trailer/motor home from your driveway and store it out of public view.
a. Boats, RV’s, Motor homes, and trailers CANNOT be kept in the Forest of Friendswood. You can store them if you have a garage that will hold them or if you can 100% shield them from public view. If you are going on a vacation, a trip, or out in your boat please contact Houston Community Management. If your boat, trailer, RV, motor home, etc will be in your driveway for more than 24 hours contact Houston Community Management Services so we can make a note in your account so you won’t get a non-compliance letter.
- Please keep your water hose rolled up neatly next to your home.
a. Please, after your water hose has been used to water your lawn or wash your car, roll it back up on the side of your home neatly.
- Please remove the grass/weeds from your flowerbeds and/or tree wells.
a. Mulching is a great way to ward off weeds. However, due to fertilizer and the “growing season” it’s prime opportunity for weeds and grass to make their way into your flowerbeds. Please pay extra attention to the details of the front of your home.
- Please submit an ACC Application for __________.
a. If you make any type of external improvement to your home, whether it be additional landscaping, generators, painting, fencing, etc. you must submit an ACC Application.
