ACC Applications regarding Swing-Sets and Play equipment in the Forest of Friendswood

The holiday season is a popular time to buy playsets, playgrounds, pools, and other exterior play/leisure equipment.  Please understand that any exterior modifications you plan on purchasing must be approved by the ACC Committee.  You will find an application on the website under "Forms."

• Please be aware of the following things when purchasing play/leisure items:
• The structure cannot be over approx twelve feet (12’) tall
• All flooring, siding, and roofing (tarps, shingles, etc) must be natural colors (no red, blue, yellow, orange, etc)
• The structure must be concealed from public view and in the backyard totally

Most importantly:
Each playhouse is on a case by case basis
